Can you negotiate with a person you tried to murder 361 times?

  Today, I like a couple of good ones at Woodbine.  In race 7, I like #4 Auntie's Bambino at 7/2.  In race 9, I like #4 War Bomber at 3/1.

No.  Once you try to murder someone, you lose the ability to negotiate with them because you've made a declaration of war.    The only way out is to do exactly what the injured party wants.......or else!!!!
